At ObservEarth, a product of Rotten Grapes Private Limited, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your subscription or service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. The following conditions apply:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month.
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the refund policy below.
  • Enterprise plans: Please refer to your service agreement for specific cancellation terms.

API Credits Cancellation

For prepaid API credits:

  • Unused API credits remain valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation of API credit plans does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused credits.

Refund Policy

All payments for ObservEarth services are managed by our parent company, Rotten Grapes Private Limited. Our refund policy is as follows:

Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions: We do not provide refunds for partial months or after the service has been rendered.
  • Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your subscription if cancelled within 30 days of the most recent renewal date.
  • Free trial conversions: If you upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment if the service does not meet your requirements.

API Credits Refunds

  • Unused API credits are generally non-refundable once purchased.
  • In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds for large volumes of unused credits at our discretion.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at office@rottengrapes.tech with your account details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  4. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in the following cases:

  • Service unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using the platform as intended, we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion.
  • Billing errors: If you've been incorrectly charged, we will promptly issue a full refund for the erroneous amount.
  • Special circumstances: We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific case.
